Abstract
Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH) is a rare benign vascular tumor. It represents a reactive proliferation of endothelial cells arising in an organized thrombus. And it is histologically characterized by the development of endothelial-lined papillary projections in a vascular lumen. It occurs most frequently in the head and neck region or on the extremities. We report a case of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia developed on the finger. (Korean J Dermatol 2008;46(5):696¡698)
